The server
Liroth is a private Open Tibia server, free to play, under constant development and not affiliated with CipSoft GmbH. Tibia is a registered trademark of CipSoft GmbH. The service is provided as is: there may be bugs, restarts, maintenance and changes to rules, items, balance and prices, as already explained on the Before You Play page.
Who can play
Anyone under 18 should only create an account and play with the permission of a parent or guardian. Purchases of Liroth Coins are intended for adults, or for minors with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the purchase.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your password and everything that happens in it. Each account can have 1 character online at a time, and each person can keep up to 3 accounts online at the same time. Sharing, selling or trading accounts is at your own risk: the team does not mediate, guarantee or restore lost, sold or stolen accounts. The team never asks for your password.
Rules and punishments
The rules are on the Before You Play and Game Rules pages. Anyone who breaks them may receive a warning, a temporary or permanent ban, and deletion of a character or account. A ban or deletion for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund of Premium already used, or of items and skills already delivered. You can appeal a ban by e-mail within 3 days, as explained in Game Rules.
Liroth Coins and Liroth Shop
Liroth Coins are virtual credits used in the Liroth Shop to get Premium Account (VIP), Special Skills and other server offers. When buying, 1 Liroth Coin costs R$ 1.00. They are not money, earn no interest, cannot be withdrawn, sold or converted into cash, and are only valid in Liroth. You can gift another character through the Shop. Prices and offers may change: the price shown at the time of purchase applies. Premium days, items and skills you get are bound to the account or character that received them.
The Bronze, Silver and Gold packs add Premium to the account right away and deliver the rest as credits (skill, vocation pack, nickname change and sex change), which you use later in My Credits. A credit that has been used is not refunded. Each character can only change its name or sex once every 30 days, the new name follows the server naming rules, and Liroth may refuse the change for characters that are banned or were recently punished.
Payments
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago (Pix, card or Mercado Pago balance). Liroth does not receive or store your card details. After approval, the Liroth Coins are credited automatically to the account that was logged in when the order was created, so make sure it is the right account before paying. The Pix expires in about 1 hour, and unpaid orders expire. Card payments may go through a Mercado Pago review and take up to 24 hours. If the coins do not arrive, send the order number to contato@liroth.com.br.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
Within 7 calendar days of the purchase, you can request a refund of Liroth Coins that have not been used yet, by e-mail at contato@liroth.com.br, stating the order number. The amount is returned through the same payment method. Liroth Coins already spent in the Shop, and Premium, items and skills already delivered, are non-refundable, except where the law requires it or when we failed to deliver (in that case we fix it or refund you).
Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute the payment with your bank or card issuer, or if the payment is reversed without you having asked Liroth for a refund, the corresponding Liroth Coins will be deducted from the account (the balance may become negative) and the account may be banned. Before disputing a purchase, talk to us: we sort it out by e-mail. On your card statement, the charge appears under the Mercado Pago name, usually followed by the merchant name; if you do not recognize it, check whether it was this purchase.
Availability and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Outages caused by attacks (DDoS), failures or maintenance may happen and do not give rise to compensation. Characters, items and levels lost through death, bugs or outages are not restored, as described on the Before You Play page.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest update, and continuing to play after a change means you agree to the new version.
